Educating Stakeholders On User Experience Research

In my role as a UX researcher, I enjoy spreading knowledge on how research can play a critical role in shaping products that truly meet user needs. During my UXR 101 sessions, I discuss the importance of research, key methodologies, and how stakeholders that involve research early and often can lead to more informed decisions, stronger collaboration, and better overall product outcomes. 

Educating a product team about user experience (UX) research enhances their understanding of user needs, leading to the creation of more intuitive and user-centered products. It also fosters empathy for users, enabling more informed decision-making and promoting a collaborative, design-driven approach to product development.
